Okay, it's already the middle of December. It has FLOWN by...
started out with a 27km race for me, at the base of Mt. Fuji. Cold day but crystal clear and beautiful.
Work has been busy...especially with everyone going on leave for the holidays. But people are in a good mood, and that makes it great.
We went to our hospital Christmas party -- such a fun time! Stayed overnight at the new Sanno (favorite cheap luxury in Tokyo), partied until 2am and then woke up (albeit blearily) at 6:30am to meet the USC ALUMNI group at a bar in Roppongi to watch USC beat UCLA!!! How could we miss the states with an SC alumni club here?!
The rest of December is filled with trying to get the gifts off (oh, they are SOOO going to be late)....and get our end of the year letters out...and THOSE are going to be late too...
but life is good and so far so good in the Land of the Rising Sun.
